We use your information to operate your account, connect and publish content to the social platforms you authorize, generate AI-assisted content at your request, provide customer support, and improve our service.

Third-Party Platform Integrations

When you connect a TikTok (or other social platform) account, we access only the data and permissions you explicitly authorize during the OAuth process. We only publish, schedule, or read content on that platform when you take a direct action in our dashboard (for example, scheduling a post). We do not access or post to your connected accounts without your action.

AI Content Generation

If you use our AI writing/image tools, the text or prompts you provide are sent to the AI provider you or we have configured (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) solely to generate the requested content. We do not use this data to train third-party AI models.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, AI providers, the social platforms you connect), or when required by law.
